A New Build Just In Time
for Valentine’s Day❤️
This recently completed home which some residents affectionately refer to as the “pink house” has a natural beauty and eclectic charm that could be featured in Architectural Design magazine.
Beautiful columns, board and batten mixed with tabby siding, and this stunning front door hand made by one of our talented cabinet makers, only draws you to want to have a look inside!  Come with us on a pictorial tour right now!
Before we go inside, look at the detail and craftsmanship of this door!  A beautiful doorknob, faceplate and whimsical doorknocker of a cat catching a mouse all in bronze.
Once inside looking at the front entrance, one can see the beautiful view of the live oaks that grace the front yard.  This home has 10′ ceilings and all doorways have custom stained glass transoms.
Still in the foyer we see a beautiful chandelier, beautifully refinished antique doors with inlaid stained glass and 100 year old heart pine floors.

Here we have a better view of the dining room chandelier and the transom leading into the kitchen.
Now looking into the living room with a tabby and brick fireplace and more beautiful stained glass transoms.
The third level shows a sitting area outside of the bedrooms, lots of natural light from the front windows and a pendant light over the stairway.
A beautiful antique sink is incorporated into built-ins in the bar area.
Another beautiful door!
Double doors with glass door handles, stained glass, bead board and another beautiful chandelier for the owner’s craft room.
A custom closet with natural light and a whimsical wallpaper which draws your eye and built-in shelves.
Does it smell like cherries in here?  Yes, it does!  Scented wallpaper in the butler’s pantry with plenty of storage, a second refrigerator and counter space as far as the eye can see.
Color abounds throughout this space and we love the mint green appliances and matching cabinet knobs.  The tile accentuates the other colors in the room and the steering wheel faucet over  the sink reminds us we are on the coast!
Another great view of the craftsmanship of the cabinetry, the granite countertops and a simple farmhouse sink.
Stepping into the master bath is like walking into a high end spa!  Natural lighting, plenty of counter and storage space and a luxurious soaking tub.
The bathtub looks out onto the upper deck and beyond to the marsh and St. Marys River.
Space was greatly utilized at every turn.  This closet is under the staircase but is a great storage space.
The laundry room is part of the master suite.  A great idea!
This is one of our favorite accents!  We love the tile on the stairs.  It is quickly becoming a new trend in interior design.  These flowers compliment the rest of the home beautifully.

A small bathroom with a tiny sink!  We love the wallpaper — and, yes, manatees can be seen in our waters!
