One of the areas in Cumberland Harbour called Cumberland Harbour Boulevard is centrally located to everything in the community. 
With over 1,000 acres within Cumberland Harbour there is space for walking, biking, or cruising on your golf cart.  It is on beautiful live oak lined streets which are maintained by our meticulous landscapers.
Near the Landings, where our new day dock is located and is across from the Promenade where our three pools, Fitness Center, tennis and pickle ball courts are located as well as a playground and the Spring House where monthly get-togethers are held.

This home plan is a single story which we receive a lot of requests for.  This 3 bedroom, 2-1/2  bath home has 2,449 sq. ft. of heated space.  There is an option for a second floor bonus room.

Here are a few details of this home plan:

  • unique Front Porch with brick pavers and tongue and groove pine surrounding the front door;
  • rear porch with a designated eating area as well as a brick fireplace
  • Foyer with paneled walls and an expanded view of the over-sized Dining Room and Family space.

 COME TAKE A FALL TRIP TO CUMBERLAND ISLAND 
Do you love to hike?  And love history as well?  Wouldn’t it be great to take a hike along the ocean, and see some ruins on the way?  Cumberland Island’s Dungeness Loop Trail which clocks in at 4.3 miles offers all of this and more!
Explore the Dungeness Ruins which was owned by the Carnegie family.
As you are hiking, you may see some wild horses grazing in the open pasture beyond the ruins.  The park rangers say the Dungeness Ruins are one of their favorite places to eat.
A beautiful walk down a live oak lined sand path leads to the dock to catch the ferry.
This picture shows “part” of a live oak tree.  You cannot even take it all in as these trees are so massive and the limbs spread out like tentacles along the ground.
Don’t feel like hiking?  You can rent mountain bikes as well and take them anywhere on the island.
