The surrounding waterways are teaming with redfish, trout, crabs and shrimp, making Cumberland Harbour the place to live if you enjoy the sporting life. The North River Marina at Cumberland Harbour is set to begin construction this year. Ideally situated just minutes from the Intracoastal and the Atlantic Ocean, the marinas will have space for 400 boats in dry stock, and 400 boats in wet slips.
